Camera working again!

Finally, our camera is repaired and we have it back! Wohoo! Of course, we immediately documented the new changes in our apartment, which are attached below.

Last week we went to the police ball in Linz and our dancing lessons finally payed off. For the first time I was able to dance more than just the walz at a social occasion and it was a lot of fun. I have to say "thank you" to Clemens' father who got the tickets for us at the last moment and invited us for this night. I certainly enjoyed it - felt like little Cindarella!

Besides this there is not much happening in Austria. Routine is settling in and at the moment, it's a good thing.

Finally cutting and distributing the cake :)

24 candles.. of course I was unable to blow them out at once.. but after 4 trials I finally got them!

So we were celebrating my birthday all weekend long. At first with a party at our place on Saturday night with all of our friends - and on Sunday night with Clemens' family. Though we don't have a camera yet, we managed to get pictures taken... all of them with me and this beautiful big birthday cake! Wohoo :)

Clemens is back!!

Finally Clemens' border service is finished and he is back home!! Certainly, we both are very happy about this - had a relaxing weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. However, we are busy with the apartment, picking up our last pieces of furniture and starting to seriously think about decorative elements - pictures, curtains, flowers,...

Apart from this, I am busy as ever writing my master's thesis about customer acquisition in the liberalized gas market. My theoretical part is pretty much finished and I will soon interview companies in the UK and Scandinavia. Hopefully I will find out interesting results that will be worthwile for my employer... One shall see!

Fortunately the weather is still beautiful! It has gotten colder than it was in January, yet the sun is out almost every day, making it a beautiful beginning to February. Let's hope the weather is stable until spring comes!
