Open Day, School, and Apartment
Last week, there was the open day of the military base in Hörsching, where Clemens now works. There were exhibitions about tanks, airplanes, live as a soldier in the fields, sports,... 35,000 people came to the military base on Saturday, among them was I. The day was pretty interesting, I learned many things and had the chance to enjoy a beautiful day outside in the sun! Some pictures are attached :).
Returning to Munich, however, the week turned out to be very stressful. I had three presentations that week and ample other work to do. On top of it, I was elected to be a student-representative of our semester. Certainly, that was a big honour for me!
Thursday night I returned to Austria. This weekend consisted of planning-out Clemens' and my apartment in Linz. We went to 7 furniture stores on Friday and Saturday and tested about 200 sofas! We still don't know which sofa was the best one for us! Later this week, we will receive the keys to the apartment - and I think we will be in a better position to decide, exactly which furniture we want to put where. In any case, however, this time is very interesting and exciting!

Test
I heard one could upload videos.. here is a Test
Video is from Philip's housewarming party 2 weeks ago.
Michaela's Graduation
Finally I find the time again to write a post. The last few weeks were as stressful and eventful as ever.
It started with a very positive event - my cousin's graduation! She is now Magistra and started her first Job as a non-student, writing for a newspaper in Southern Germany. Congratulations to you, Michi! Her ceremony was very nice, with beautiful music, and we had a fun family-lunch thereafter. I ate so much that I am still trying to lose that extra pound from that event ;). But it was so darn good!!!
At the beginning of this week, Clemens came with me to Munich. He took two days off in order to spend our one-year anniversary with me. How romantic of him!!! :)
However, after his departure, things turned sour. Problems and issues with my landlady (which have now been sorted out), dissatisfaction among my course-collegues with certain lectures, criticism about professors and other students, and two papers to write until today, and four presentations to finish up until Wednesday. But everything is manageable - at least I hope so.
And with that in mind, I should better start working on tomorrow's presentation!

Reinhard's Birthday
So many news and so many photos lately! Amazing!
This weekend, we celebrated Reinhard's birthday (that's Clemens' dad). Had a beautiful lunch at our greek restaurant and enjoyed each others' company over the weekend.
We celebrated another birthday last night - our friend Angela turned 21!
After all those birthdays and a very long weekend, it is tough to get back into the daily routine in Munich. But manageable :).
